Super Thin Instant Glue

Super thin instant (cyanoacrylate) glue for modeling and general use. It comes in a bottle with an applicator tip.

Super thin instant glue with very low viscosity is ideal for gluing non-absorbent and absorbent materials that adhere perfectly to each other - a typical use is for example gluing RC car tires to rims. Glues wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper.

Typical method of application: The adhesive is applied to the joint of perfectly aligned parts attached to each other.

Recommended activator: 5MA4249 Activator CA 150ml, 5MA4249-1 Activator CA 200ml spray, KAV9977 KAVAN PRO activator CA spray 150ml.

Recommended peeler/debonder: KAV9979 KAVAN peeler CA 20g

Removing excess uncured glue: a cloth or paper towel moistened with KAV9979 CA release agent or acetone (if the bonded materials can resist it).

Thinning the glue: If the instant glue thickens, this is a sign that it has already partially polymerized and is losing its original properties - no amount of "thinning" can bring it back. If you need a "thinner" super glue, just use a lower viscosity type. Individual types of POWER CA instant glues can be mixed together to achieve optimal viscosity.

Use as sealant, suitable fillers: microballoon filler KAV9980 CA KAVAN filler.

Suitable for bonding: soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, metals, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates, glass and carbon fabrics and fibers, many plastics (including EPP and EPO).

Not suitable for gluing: polystyrene foam, polyethylene, Teflon, silicone.

Storage: in tightly closed packaging, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of +2°C to +10°C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2°C.

Durability: If the conditions of proper storage are observed, we guarantee a shelf life in unopened original packaging for a period of 1 year to preserve the above-mentioned product properties.
